How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. Log into your account and go to My Orders for real-time updates.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Email support@bearion.co immediately with your order number.
How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–4 days. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout.
Do you ship outside India?

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.

What are your shipping charges?

Free delivery on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat fee of ₹79 applies. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available at ₹199.
Which courier partners do you use?

We ship with Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart and Xpressbees depending on your pincode and service type.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?

Email returns@bearion.co with your order number and reason. We'll arrange a free pickup within 2 business days.
When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. UPI and card refunds reflect within 5–7 days depending on your bank.
💳 Payment & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), Net Banking, EMI via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery up to ₹5,000.
Is my payment information secure?

All payments are processed through Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Bearion Co. never stores your card details.
Will I receive an invoice?

A GST invoice is automatically emailed after your order is confirmed. Download it anytime from My Orders in your account.
