📦 Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your size and click Add to Bag. When ready, proceed to Checkout. You can pay via UPI, card, net banking or COD.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Email support@bearion.co immediately with your order number.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
You'll receive a confirmation email and SMS immediately. If you don't see it within 10 minutes, check your spam folder.
Can I place a bulk / corporate order?
Yes! For 10+ pieces, email bulk@bearion.co for special pricing, custom branding and dedicated support.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Metro cities are typically 2–4 days. Express (1–2 days) is available at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Yes — FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999. Below ₹999, a flat ₹79 fee applies.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent via email and SMS once your order ships (usually within 24 hours). You can also visit Track My Order.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently India only. International shipping is coming soon — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.

What is your return policy?
Free returns within 30 days of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Sale items eligible for exchange only.
How do I start a return?
Email returns@bearion.co with your order number and reason. We arrange a free pickup within 2 business days.
When do I get my refund?
Refunds processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Card refunds take 5–7 days depending on your bank.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely — size exchanges are free within 30 days. If your size is out of stock you can choose a different item or receive full store credit.
👕 Products & Sizing
How do I find my size?
Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
What fabrics do you use?
We use GOTS-certified organic cotton, European linen, responsibly sourced merino wool and premium cotton-modal blends. Full fabric details are on each product page.
How should I wash my garments?
Machine wash cold on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Avoid tumble drying — hang or lay flat to dry. Iron on medium heat. Full care instructions are on the product label.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Most bestsellers are restocked within 3–6 weeks. Click Notify Me on a sold-out product page and we'll email you when it's back.
💳 Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major credit/debit cards, Net Banking, EMI via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (up to ₹5,000).
Is COD available?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹5,000. A ₹40 COD handling fee applies.
Are my payment details safe?
All payments are via Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1). Bearion Co. never stores card or banking details.
🔒 Account
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can checkout as a guest. However, an account lets you track orders, manage returns, save wishlists and earn loyalty points.
How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email and we'll send a reset link within minutes.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@bearion.co and we'll process your deletion request within 7 business days per the DPDP Act 2023.
